Harvard Therapeutic Massage is a group of therapists that believes that by working together we can provide much fuller, supportive services than we could if we worked by ourselves. Our goal is to create a healing, rejuvenating community. Each therapists runs their own business within HTM and HTM provides the infrastructure so the therapist can focus on their clients versus rent, marketing, office work, scheduling, IT, utilities, etc. Also in the office there is a Chiropractor and an Acupuncturist.

Harvard Therapeutic Massage (HTM) is looking for both full time and part time massage therapists. One of our full time therapists is leaving at the end of June 2017and we are at this time over booked.  We are looking for experienced, licensed, insured, deep tissue massage therapists.

HTM MARKETING OF NEW THERAPISTS:

• The departing therapist will send out discount coupons to regular clients
• An email will be sent out to over 2000 clients welcoming you
• We use Groupon to market, because "your last client is your best marketing client."  Therapists are reimbursed Groupon clients at a discounted rate.

THERAPIST FEES:

• $80 1 hour massage, repeat clients $70
• $110 1.5 hour massage, repeat clients $100
• $45 .5 hour massage

HTM FEES TO THERAPISTS:

• HTM charges 30% of the therapists income up to ~8-1 hour clients per week and then it drops down to 25%
